Installing Advanced Query Messenger
AQM App can be obtained from the iTunes App Store or Google Play by searching for 3M Queries. Once the app is downloaded, you must configure it for use.
Note
In addition to installing and configuring the Advanced Query Messenger app, it must be enabled within 360 Encompass and you must be set up as a provider who can receive queries via 3M™ M*Modal CDI Engage One. For more information on configuring Advanced Query Messenger and creating providers in 360 Encompass, please see the Admin Tool online documentation available within the 360 Encompass application.
Download and install 3M AQM App on your device.
Open the Advanced Query Messenger app. You will be prompted whether you want Advanced Query Messenger to send you notifications. The 3M best practice is to allow notifications. If you do not want Advanced Query Messenger to send notifications, you can go back into the notifications configuration section of your device and disable them.
You are now ready to start viewing and responding to queries. Tap Get Started.
You are prompted to allow the app to sign into 3mhis.com so you can receive queries for review. Use your hospital network credentials to sign into the web page that is presented.

If you are involved in installing Advanced Query Messenger in a test environment, please see Appendix A.
It is likely that there won't be queries to view at this point and you will see an empty screen:
As queries are delivered, they will appear here when you open the app. See Responding to queries to learn how to respond to queries with Advanced Query Messenger. If you expect to see queries, swipe down to refresh the list.
