Using Advanced Query Messenger
The 3M™ Advanced Query Messenger app is a tool that allows providers to view and respond to CDI queries directly from their mobile device. Advanced Query Messenger has a workflow similar to the desktop-based query response workflow in 3M™ M*Modal CDI Engage One. By allowing providers to address queries on the go, Advanced Query Messenger eliminates the need to be tied to a desktop and increases provider efficiency and productivity when it comes to patient documentation.

This document assumes you have been set up as a provider in the 3M™ 360 Encompass System and are able to receive queries on a desktop.

Advanced Query Messenger exists for Apple and Android devices. The majority of the images are taken from an Apple iPhone. Where Android images are presented, they are Android 10 from a Samsung Galaxy S9, One UI version 2. Because of variation possible in Android and individual device skins, your version may look slightly different.
Note
Advanced Query Messenger requires a minimum of iOS 11.4 or Android 8. There is no device requirement as long as the device is capable of running the required version of the OS.
