Signing into Advanced Query Messenger

Once the app is installed, you can sign in with your Active Directory username and password (your "network credentials" for your organization).

If you have difficulty signing in, tap the Help me sign in line to obtain assistance.

To sign in

  1. Open AQM.

  2. Tap Sign in Using SSO.

  3. Enter your network credentials.

    Note

    If your device supports it, you can specify if you want to log in using a fingerprint (Touch ID) or faceprint (Face ID) in the future.
