Responding to queries

When a CDI Reviewer creates queries and sends them to you, they will show up in a list after you sign in.

If you do not have any queries pending, you will see a checkmark telling you you're all set.

To respond to a query

  1. Tap View Query.

  2. Based on the query text, select your response from the list of options.

  3. Tap Done.

When you return to the list of queries, the one you answered will have disappeared and you can move on to the next query in the list. If you have answered all queries assigned to you, you will see the All set checkmark screen.

Note

Unlike the desktop version of CDI Engage One, you cannot view queries assigned to other providers.
