Change Password
Forgot Username or Password
Clicking the Forgot username or password link will open a web page asking for your email address. Once entered, you can click the Send Account Details button to receive an email that includes your username, account, user type, and a link to reset your password.
Note
Change Password links only work for one hour after being sent. In addition, some facilities disable the Change Password Option. You may not have the option to change your password based on your company policy.
You will see a message to check your email.
Once you have received the email, open it to click the link to navigate to the Password reset web page. Type your new password, confirm the new password, and answer the security question, then click Change Password.
