Using Assist
Note
Assist integration is available starting in version 4.39.
If your organization uses Assist, Fluency for Imaging's CAPD functionality, you can display and respond to queries from within the FFI Reporting client.
When you sign into Fluency for Imaging Reporting, new queries from Assist are shown in a pop-up dialog that appears in the top, right-hand corner of the Fluency for Imaging worklist. this notification box displays new queries, as well as any previous queries that have not be deferred to the Coding Queries worklist.
They are also listed on the Coding Queries tab. Queries within Assist have one of two statuses:
Queued: the query is waiting for action
Retrieved: the query was deferred.
As you work, new query notifications are shown in a pop-up. The notification will show:
The patient name
The MRN for the exam
The Accession number of the exam
You can minimize or close the notification window just as you would any other application window, by clicking the appropriate icon.
Once minimized, the window will appear as a banner in the bottom, right-hand corner of your job list.
Once you exit, the window will not display again until a new query has been sent. All queries from the notification box will automatically be deferred to the Coding Queries worklist.
