Viewing Assist alerts

As you dictate, Assist alerts will appear in the right-hand panel. The alert will show the text that caused Assist to fire. The number at the top of the Assist panel indicates the total number of alerts for the report.

By default, the Highlight All Relevant Words is selected. All of the text in the report associated with the alert will be highlighted in bright yellow.

Once the desired word is selected, you can dictate (or type) your correction to clear the alert. For example, if Assist generates a laterality alert because the report was ordered for a left extremity and you dictated "right," select the error, dictate the correction, change "right" to "left," and the alert and all relevant highlighting will clear.

Note

Clicking the alert will take you to the first highlighted word and you may have to click multiple times to reach the word you want to correct. If you want to avoid multiple clicks, unselect Highlight All Relevant Words. Hovering over the alert will continue to highlight the text that caused the alert, but you may able to zero in on the text that needs correction more quickly.
