Reopening a critical finding

If a finding has been created using Workflow Option 1 or Option 2, you can reopen the finding

To reopen a finding
  1. From the Dictation window, click the Critical Findings icon.

  2. On the resulting screen, choose to open an existing finding from the list. You may need to search for the finding.

  3. On the Details page, modify the information as describe in Creating a critical finding.

  4. Click Submit.

Note

As of FFI 4.33, if your system administrator has enabled the Only Show Issuers In Jobs List In Which User Has a Valid Provider ID setting, you will not see any authors in the Creator field associated with issuers where you do not have a valid provider ID.
