Giving a resident judgment

When a staff radiologist reviews a report dictated by a resident, he is given the opportunity to judge the resident radiologist's draft.

To give a resident judgment

  1. Locate the exam and launch it in the Dictation window.

  2. In the Resident Judgment area, use the buttons to make a judgment. Choices include:

    • Totally agree

    • Mostly agree

    • Minor miss

    • Major miss

This step is optional for the staff radiologist. However, it will give the resident radiologist the opportunity to easily find reports where they may have had significant misses.
