Getting Started
To begin, download and install Solventum Fluency Direct Mobile Keyboard for iOS from the App Store. Once installed, look for the Fluency Direct app on your phone.
After you have installed and opened the Mobile Keyboard, you will be prompted with a message saying “Fluency Direct Would Like to Access the Microphone," This will take you to your iPhone settings, where you can allow microphone access.
The app will then walk you through a Welcome setup. Select Next to move to the next screen, then select Link a Fluency Direct Account.
Link your account
The Account Login screen will appear, from here you can enter your Fluency Direct credentials.
Username. Enter your Fluency Direct login
Password. Enter your Fluency Direct password.
CDS URL. This field should be populated and is the base endpoint for your Fluency Direct account.
CDS Account. The CDS Account is the Location name in Fluency Direct.
Note
You can find your CDS information by going to Fluency Direct and holding in SHIFT then clicking on the Control Bar before logging in. The Advanced section contains the Base Endpoint and Location which map to your CDS URL and CDS Account respectively.
Once all fields have been completed, click the now active "Link" in the upper right-hand corner to begin the resource download. You m see the following screens while this takes place.
Initial Settings
The keyboard’s companion app should open up with all User and Keyboard settings – all settings should be defaulted to ON. This will only open automatically the first time you link your account. For more information, see Settings.
When prompted by iOS, click Allow to allow Fluency Direct to access the Keyboard. See right-side image below.
If you haven't been prompted by iOS, you can enable your keyboard manually by selecting Settings >Open System Keyboard Settings. See image above. The Fluency Direct App Access window will appear. Left-side image below.

Choose Allow when prompted to Allow Full Access for “Fluency Direct” Keyboards
Open Keyboards if not prompted automatically.
Enable Fluency Direct and allow access for the keyboard.
