Enabling & Disabling the Keyboard
When first getting started, you will be prompted to set your keyboard settings. You can return to the keyboard settings at any time to enable or disable your FD Mobile Keyboard for iOS as needed.
Enable Keyboard
If you are logging in for the first time or if you have disabled the keyboard, you can enable it using the steps below.. Go to Settings > Open System Keyboard Settings.
Select Keyboards from the settings. Left-side image
Toggle the Fluency Direct switch. Right-side image
Toggle the Allow Full Access switch. Right-side image
Choose Allow when prompted to allow full access to keyboard.
Disable Keyboard
You can disable the keyboard at any time. Go to Settings > Open System Keyboard Settings.
Select Keyboards. Left-side image
Toggle off Allow Full Access. Right-side image, top
Toggle off Fluency Direct, you will see the tab collapse. Right-side image, bottom
