This menu link will open the Fluency Direct help library, which provides you with documentation on how to use the features of Fluency Direct.

From the Fluency Direct help menu, you can access multiple videos for Fluency Direct and related products by selecting the On Demand Training videos link.

From the Fluency Direct help menu, you can access the Fluency Direct Command Exchange directly. It is also available from the Commands dialog window. The Command Exchange provides users with downloads for command (.fdc) files, abbreviations (.fda) files, and button mappings (.fdb) files.

The System Check option will perform a diagnostic of your current system and provide you with the Versions, Microphone, Authentication, and Workstation properties that you are running.

The Submit Feedback option will allow you to send a message to M*Modal with details regarding Recognition, Formatting, or other concerns. This tool is used for for reporting chronic issues mostly or to offer suggestions for improvements. For general concerns, you should contact your local administrator or trainer.

This option will display the Fluency Direct splash-screen, which provides information regarding the current installation, and version number, which is required for support tickets.
