The version of fluency Direct that you are on does not support our current version of online help. To access help, you can login to the support site or upgrade your version of Fluency Direct .
Login to the Solventum Support Site using your support site credentials.
Go to the Fluency Direct Solutions page. You can also select Fluency Direct from the Products menu.
Select User Guides to choose the Help Library you are looking for.

Online Support - To submit a ticket on the Solventum HIS Client Support website, click the Request Help link.You can submit Priority 1 incidents only during specified business hours as noted on the submission page. If you haven't registered for the website, you can do so by clicking the "Sign Up" link.

Contact your Solution Advisor to upgrade your current version of Fluency Direct to Version 12.1.73 or higher.
