Making resident judgment

When a staff radiologist signs a report, there is an opportunity to give a judgment on the resident's dictation using a four-point scoring scale similar to the one used for ACR Scoring in a peer review. This step is not required; however, it allows the resident to find cases where they may have missed findings.
