3M|M*Modal's Fluency Direct Mobile Keyboard application brings your speech profile to any application on an iPhone or iPad. The FD Mobile Keyboard offers the flexibility of dictating and editing medical text anywhere, even while offine.

At no additional cost, Fluency Direct users extend the benefits of their desktop application to their mobile devices. Using the Fluency Direct Mobile Keyboard enables use of the same cloud-based voice profile and custom template commands available on the desktop. Beyond Fluency Direct’s desktop features, the keyboard also offers autocomplete suggestions driven by 3M|M*Modal’s medical language intelligence for improved eiciency.

The Fluency Direct Mobile Keyboard can be one’s default for use with all mobile applications or easily toggled to as needed when crafting documents, emails, or messages that require secure, medical speech-to-text.

Security

All information is transmitted securely in a HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliant manner using TLS1.2, an industry-standard encrypted transmission mechanism. Within TLS1.2, the solution uses 256-bit encryption (high) and RSA with 2048-bit exchange.
