Using the Query window
Important
You must license 3M™ M*Modal CDI Engage One to use query delivery.
When you sign into Fluency Direct, you will see a card in the drawer showing patients with queries assigned to you.
If you select a patient in your EHR, the name of the patient is shown in the control bar.
Clicking the link to view the specific query will display it in the queries window. If you click View all queries the CDI Queries window will display a list.
