Recognition Issue

If you have selected Recognition issue, you'll be taken to this window to complete the following fields.

  1. Select the Issue Type (Substitution, Deletion, Insertion, Command Execution, Other)

  2. Select the Issue Theme (Short words, Singular vs Plural, Tense, Homonyms, Compound Words, Medications or Medical Procedures, or Other).

  3. You can select your utterances by clicking on the checkbox. additional information can be provided in the Message box.

    Note

    An utterance is an uninterrupted chain of spoken or written language. In some cases, an utterance may only be a single word.  It can also be a string of words, a complete sentence, or even multiple sentences. An utterance is determined by the pauses you take while dictating.

  4. Click Next to continue.

After you click Next; you will be taken to this window to provide some additional information about your issue.

  1. How often have you encounter this issue? Select Once, Sometimes, Every time.

  2. Message: Please describe your issue in detail. It's important that you are very thorough in your explanation here for our Support team to understand what you are experiencing. Include all details.

  3. Occasionally we need additional information. If this is the case, may we contact you? Select Yes or No. if you select Yes, a support technician may contact you for additional details. If you say no, additional information will be requested through your account manager.

  4. Click Send to Send your feedback or Cancel to close without sending.
