FD Scripting Tickets (FDS)
An FDS ticket should be opened in JIRA if issues persist with scripting commands. Information needed for the ticket includes:
User details (hospital, EMR name, etc.)
FD Version
How the EMR is accessed (fat client, remote desktop, web browser etc.)
If the connector is involved
Description of the issue with a log file
A list of troubleshooting steps completed with the customer
