FD Scripting Tickets (FDS)

An FDS ticket should be opened in JIRA if issues persist with scripting commands. Information needed for the ticket includes:

  1. User details (hospital, EMR name, etc.)

  2. FD Version

  3. How the EMR is accessed (fat client, remote desktop, web browser etc.)

    1. If the connector is involved

  4. Description of the issue with a log file

  5. A list of troubleshooting steps completed with the customer
