CAPD Issue

If you have selected CAPD issue, you'll be taken to this window to complete the following fields.

  1. Select the Issue Type (Timing of the Messages, Resolving the Messages, or Other)

  2. Select the messages that you have had issues with. They will appear in the box for you to select.

  3. Click Next to continue.

After you click Next; you will be taken to this window to provide some additional information about your issue.

  1. How often have you encounter this issue? Select Once, Sometimes, Every time.

  2. Message: Please describe your issue in detail. It's important that you are very thorough in your explanation here for our Support team to understand what you are experiencing. Include all details.

  3. Occasionally we need additional information. If this is the case, may we contact you? Select Yes or No. if you select Yes, a support technician may contact you for additional details. If you say no, additional information will be requested through your account manager.

  4. Click Send to Send your feedback or Cancel to close without sending.
