Natural language processing (NLP) identifies the specific radiology report and compares that to the evidence across specific sections of the report to identify if IV contrast was inadvertently dictated into the report by the radiologist.

Radiology reports for studies that include both non-contrast and contrast components are excluded.

Per AMA CPT instructions for Radiology: Oral and/or rectal contrast administration alone does not qualify as a study "with contrast." Contrast must be intravenous (IV).
