If your organization has NOT been configured to use your corporate login to access Solventum applications, call 1-800-435-7776 for assistance. When they create your account you will be receiving an email with a temporary password to login. Users should login to https://solventumhis.servicenowservices.com/.
If your organization HAS BEEN configured to use your corporate login to access Solventum applications, contact your local IT and request that you be added to the Active Directory group that interacts with https://cloudservices.3mhis.com. If a new AD group must be created, contact Solventum support via phone and request a technical document that describes how to configure SSO SAML federation. Your local IT resource may be able to set up the roles that users need to send the role claims to the support website. Once your account is added to the AD group, login to https://solventumhis.servicenowservices.com/ to get started.
